The 14 cup capacity is awesome and programmable features like brew strength add to the convenience. The touch screen menu can be a little tricky on the first couple of uses, so be sure to consult the user manual before you get started. It has a sleek, stylish look and comes with a reusable filter. There are marked steps in the water compartment to help add the correct amount.
